Hypothesis
Currently, Australian law is not keeping up with the massive strides being in technological science. As a result, the law regarding the sterilisation of disabled children has caused controversies in the Australian public and ethical dilemmas have surfaced. For this issue to be more satisfying to our society, the law must become more flexible in regards to the sterilisation of disabled children to ensure satisfaction with each demographic involved.
